TROPHY WIFE - COVER REVEAL and INFO!

Today is the cover reveal for TROPHY WIFE! As this release of mine is a little bit different than prior launches, I wanted to take a moment and explain it. TROPHY WIFE will release very soon (April 15th and 19th!). Here's more information behind it:

Conception: First off, this book is an expanded rerelease and rebranding of The Dumont Diaries, which I wrote three years ago and released as a set of serials. Eventually I combined the serials into a standalone novel, but I didn't go back and 'rewrite' it as a novel, so it's always felt a little disjointed to me. Lately readers have been asking me for a sexier read with a great twist -- this novel meets all of those needs, and I decided to go back and completely rework it. I'm adding 50+ pages of new content, male POVs, and improving the entire storyline. I've had so much fun rediscovering this couple and am so excited to reintroduce them, many of you have never heard of them!

Pricing:  It will initially be priced at 99c. Just for a few days, but be sure to grab it RIGHT when it releases, so you can get that discount. The reason for this intro pricing is so readers who purchased and read the original version, won't be punished.

Availability: It will be a Kindle Unlimited book. I know that this screws over iBooks/Nook users, so I am releasing it exclusively on those outlets for the first 5 days, so that those readers can snap it up (and read it!) before it hits Amazon exclusively.

What it is: This is a filthy sexy erotic romance - There is voyeurism sex, a love triangle, a dominating hero, secrets and unexpected plot twists. I love this book, and am so excited to see it properly evolve in this expanded edition.

Everyone in Nashville knows Nathan Dumont. That’s what happens when you develop half a town and sleep with the rest.

Five years ago, his fiancee disappeared.

Last night, he proposed to me.

I'd wanted to escape my life, the seedy strip club and the mountain of bills. I had seized the opportunity to live in a mansion, fill my days with country clubs and caviar, my nights with romance and sex.

Maybe I should have done my homework first.

Hollywood Dirt Movie Update!

I've got great news about the Hollywood Dirt movie!

Everything is humming along, with filming starting in just three weeks! And with the start date so close, that means that it's time for cast announcements!

I am so excited to announce Emma Rigby will be playing Summer's role! Emma is a UK actress who will be a perfect blend of the sweetness and sass that is our country heroine. I can't wait to see her in this role!

Things to Consider About a Pseudonym

I use a pseudonym. I’ve never made a secret of it. I flipped through a baby names book and picked something that sounded fancy.

I DID A TERRIBLE JOB OF PICKING A PSEUDONYM.

There. I said it. Damn you, baby book. Damn you, worldwide success that makes it impossible for me to now change my pseudonym. Okay, I take back that last statement. I’ll keep my success and deal with the headache of my pseudonym quite happily.

What I am thankful for...

Thank you. When I sit down and look at all that I am thankful for, YOU are one of the greatest gifts in my life. Thank you for reading my novels. Thank you for sharing them with your friends. Thank you for liking and commenting on my posts. Thank you for giving my stories a place on your shelves and e-readers, and for letting my characters into your hearts.

You give me confidence in my writing. Your support allows me to take risks and write outside the box. Purchasing my books allows me to write full-time, and dedicate the proper time and investment into my new novels.

I appreciate you. I value you. I am so grateful for you. On this Thanksgiving Day, you are one of my biggest blessings. Thank you.

Fantasy Fest 2016

Sunday. My feet up on the couch, football on, my laptop in my lap. The channel changes, and my husband asks if I want to go to Fantasy Fest.

When? I ask, half paying attention, my hands busy on my keyboard.

This week. In Key West.

I paused my typing. Key West isn't exactly close by. Thirteen hours by car, two connections by flight, it would be a pain to get to -- especially since we'd have to be back home by Friday. By then again ... it's FANTASY FEST. The ten-day non-stop party, where clothes are shed, inhibitions discarded, and all forms of debauchery are embraced. Technically, as an erotica author, I sort of NEEDED to go. It was almost a job requirement.

THE HARDEST BOOK TO WRITE...

I used to be so scornful of romance novels and their creation. How hard is it to smack together a female and male? He's handsome, she's orgasming ... game over, novel complete. Stuff in a Happily-Ever-After in the end and presto! You have yourself a book, one that will be gobbled up by scores of blissfully ignorant readers.

I was wrong. I can't even go into all of the ways that I was wrong, it would suck up your entire Saturday.
